Rain Delay

Due to rain and storms the game has been postponed until 6:00 Wednesday night. We will let you know how they do.

Game 2

Well unfortunately they lost tonight. They will go into the losers bracket and play everyday now until they lose again or win the whole thing. They play Tuesday night at 6:00 central time. I will let you know how they do.

Day 1 of State Tournament

Conner's team won the first game with an exciting ending. They were down 3 at the top of the 6th and they scored 7 runs. 2 were homeruns. They are very excited. They play again Monday night at 6:00 central time.

REDDEN WEEKEND!!!!!

I am attaching a food chart for next weekend. Meet in the park around 10:00. Bring outdoor games and lawnchairs! Looking forward to seeing everyone!!

What to bring:
Steve’s family - Fruit, Dessert, Chips, Covered dish, turkey cold meat, buns or bread
Dave’s family - Fruit, Dessert, Chips, Water iced in a cooler, ham cold meat, buns or bread
Mary’s family - Fruit, Dessert, Chips, Water iced in a cooler, Cheese
Lisa’s family - Fruit, Dessert, Chips, Water iced in a cooler, Mayo, mustard, pickles
Joe’s family - Fruit, Dessert, Chips, Water iced in a cooler, Paper goods: plates, napkins, plasticware and a roll of paper towels


Families may bring anything else that they would like to add but do not need to.
If Lisa’s family does not come, someone will stop at store and buy condiments.

July 7- Marshall's 4th Birthday!

Marshall has a Pirate Birthday party. He had four friends come and we got them all pirate hats, hooks, swords and eye patches. They were so cute. They also had a water balloon fight. It was very fun. Although I missed some of it because that is when Caroline got the cut on her head and I had to take her to the Dr.

I can't believe Marshall is 4. The time goes by so fast.

Reunion- What I know

I know that my mom has reserved rooms at the Holiday Inn in Rushville for Saturday night. I believe you can call to get yours. I'm not sure what they are reserved under. I also know the plan is to have a picnic in the park on Saturday. I think starting around 10 A.M. Then we will all be attending Mark Harris' wedding at Marc and Evelyn's farm. The plan is also for everyone to go to church with Grandma and Grandpa on Sunday.

My understanding is all of our parents should know the details and letting all of us know.

I'm not sure when Tom and I and the kids are going to get there. We are trying to decide what we are doing for sure.

Reunion Details

I don't know that I have heard a lot either, but what I do know is that we are having a picnic on that Saturday. I don't know the time or the place, so it would be helpful to have some more info. I also heard that there are tentative plans for people to attend church together on Sunday morning.

Keet and I will be in town on that Friday too in case anyone would like to get together. I don't have any specific ideas, and I don't know if anyone who is traveling will be staying overnight in the area so I am not sure what to suggest.

Keet and I will probably be heading back to Wisconsin Saturday evening, so we won't be around for any activities planned for Sunday.

Redden Reunion

I was wondering if someone could post all the details for the reunion this year. I know plans were changed but haven't heard the final details yet. We hope to see you all in a few weeks!

June 28th- Caroline's 2nd Birthday!!!

Well I meant for this to be the last picture but I am still learning what I am doing . So here is a picture of the last present Caroline opened at her party. It was a big surprise. I hope you can all read the sign.
Here is the other present Caroline got on her 2nd Birthday. During Marshall's party the wind blew are table umbrella out of the table and hit her in the head. Thank God it was not as bad as it could have been. A friend of ours drove us to the Doctors office and he just use glue. She was so brave. She only cried when it happened. We had quite an exciting day!
So you see cuts on your head get you anything you want. She had her first coke at the party. It was caffeine free. But she loved it. She kept saying "coke".


We got her the Radio Flyer my first scooter and of course Elmo Helmet and pads. She loves it. We had a very fun day. It is hard to believe she is already 2.
